Headquartered in Antwerp, Belgium, the Group employs more than 700 people at eight locations worldwide. As a general contractor and system integrator for automation solutions, the company has been active in the market for more than 60 years.
The focus was the strategic brand development in Germany. At the same time, the task was to position the internationally active company as an expert for automation solutions in a highly competitive German market environment and to build up a good company image.
In a communication workshop with the Belgian group management and the German managing director, the long-term strategy and a realistic action plan were defined. Through communication – especially about trade fairs – Egemin is continuously expanding its expert status in the field of warehouse automation.
The annual evaluation of the achieved prints and online publications is convincing: the advertisement equivalent value (= placement of equivalent advertisements of the same size and placement) of all publications is ten times higher than the value of the PR budget invested. As a result, the awareness of Egemin in Germany continues to rise. After two years of cooperation, specialist journalists know the company as experts for automation solutions and regularly contact it with enquiries.
