More than 130 employees and 2,400 systems sold worldwide: Founded in 1903, the company for tube bending machines is active in many international target markets. The core industries are mechanical engineering, automotive and shipbuilding, aerospace and the energy sector.

Task

The permanently increasing competition on the national and international market caused the management to strategically reorient the communication. The task was therefore to continuously increase the international awareness of the company.

Solution

The trade press work is based on a press distribution list with more than 500 national and international journalists and trade media, individually tailored to the selected target industries and the most important sales countries. Product and company announcements in English are sent to these recipients in a targeted manner. Upon request, journalists can also receive the information in the language of the target market. Of course, additiv pr also actively maintains contact with the most important international media, places exclusive articles and, as an external press office, answers all questions from international editors. This ensures a high degree of worldwide recognition and positioning as an international expert for tube bending machines. In addition, additiv pr is responsible for editing a customer magazine named "InfoPipeline".

Result

The result far exceeds expectations: Schwarze-Robitec achieved almost 200 publications in its first year. More than 50 percent of these were published in international trade media. In addition, the company today receives concrete purchase enquiries from interested parties as a result of its strategically oriented press work.
