The internationally operating DAIFUKU Group is the world's second largest supplier of material handling solutions. Founded in 1937, the company, which is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, now employs more than 8,600 people and has an annual business volume of approximately 2.5 billion euros.
In Europe, DAIFUKU is present with about 200 employees. The communicative task is to position the company in the highly competitive logistics market in Germany and Europe as an experienced and financially strong materials handling expert offering high-performance solutions for the European market.
One focus of DAIFUKU's press work is trade fair communication as part of the annual logistics trade fair LogiMAT. A structured press campaign around the trade fair ensures maximum response from the trade visitors and thus guarantees the success of the event.
Press work for the fair is only one component of DAIFUKU's communication concept – but a very important one. DAIFUKU accompanied the presentation of its new storage and retrieval machine with shuttle rack at LogiMAT 2015 with press technology. The result is more than 25 publications in the trade fair environment with a media equivalent value of around 50,000 euros. We used the discussions with trade journalists at the DAIFUKU booth to agree on further exclusive publications for the logistics customer.
