The international DAIFUKU Group is the world's second largest provider of material handling solutions. Founded in 1937 and now listed on the Tokyo exchange, the company has more than 7,000 employees and an annual business volume of approx. € 1.7 bn.
DAIFUKU has around 200 employees in Europe. The task of communications is to position the company in the hotly contested logistics market in Germany and Europe as an experienced and financially strong material handling expert capable of providing powerful solutions for the European market.
One focus of the DAIFUKU press work is trade fair communications within the framework of LogiMAT, the most important annual logistics fair. A structured press campaign surrounding the fair ensures the best response from trade visitors to the fair and thereby guarantees the success of the event.
Public relations for the fair is only one of the building blocks in the DAIFUKU communications concept - but it is a very important one. DAIFUKU provided press support at the presentation of their new storage and retrieval system with its new stacker crane with shuttle rack at LogiMAT 2015. The result is more than 25 publications surrounding the fair with a media equivalence value of around € 50,000. We used talks with trade journalists at the DAIFUKU stand to agree on additional exclusive publications for our logistics client.
